Description
The Oroboros FluoRespirometer - the Bioenergetics Platform for high-resolution respirometry (HRR) and fluorometry, allows simultaneous monitoring of oxygen consumption together with either ROS production (AmR), mt-membrane potential (TMRM, Safranin and Rhodamine 123), Ca2+ (CaG) or ATP production (MgG).
The Oroboros FluoRespirometer supports the add-on Oroboros Modules: TPP+ ISE-Module, pH ISE-Module, enabling measurement of mt-membrane potential with ion sensitive electrodes (ISE for TPP+ or TPMP+) or pH.

- The NextGen-O2k and O2k-Series J are the latest versions of the Oroboros for high-resolution respirometry and MultiSensor applications, merging high-end technology and corporate social responsibility.
- Smart Fluorescence-Sensors of the Fluo Smart-Module are pre-calibrated and the calibration value is stored in the sensor just like its individual ID. Upon connecting the sensor, the FluoRespirometer identifies it and adjusts itself to the pre-set calibration data. This feature is not available with O2k-Series G or older.

- DatLab 8 is the current version of software, with integrated DatLab Protocols, improved traceability, quality control, and many more features.
- USB-C 2.0 (2 external ports) for ISS Series E power supply and USB A 2.0 (4 external ports) for additional USB devices.
