Recommendations
- The MitoFit Preprints manuscript template can be used for all submissions to Bioenergetics Communications (BEC). These will be posted as a preprint and sent for Open Peer Review for BEC.
- The doi number and volume will be added by the MitoFit editors.
- Please prepare the manuscript with embedded figures.
- Avoid oversized submissions and reduce figure size as far as possible (see Bitmapping figures in arXiv).
- For conduct and reporting recommendations, authors should follow the Recommendations for the Conduct, Reporting, Editing, and Publication of Scholarly Work in Medical Journals' by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE) (see The Vancouver Protocol)
