Preparation of 4 M storage and stock solution (dissolved in H2O):
- 1) Weigh 260 mg of sodium azide.
- 2) Dissolve in 1 ml H20.
- 3) Divide into 0.5 ml portions.
- 4) Store at -20 ยฐC.
