Oroboros MitoFit Laboratory

Oroboros MitoFit Lab
The Oroboros O2k is based on a radically different systems approach to the polarographic measurement of oxygen dynamics. HRR rests on several tightly connected instrumental features and concepts integrated with the DatLab software, providing real-time display of oxygen concentration and respiration (oxygen flux) and fluorometric signals. The mechanics, critical selection of materials, and state-of-the-art electronics provide the basis of the signal stability of an optimized polarographic oxygen sensor and pre-calibrated Smart Fluo-Sensors in an electronically controlled thermal environment with high temperature stability. Calibrations and instrumental controls follow standard operating procedures, with highly automatic real-time analysis by the DatLab software. Scientific support is complementary to the Oroboros O2k approach.
