From time to time, OROBOROS offers three or four-day OROBOROS O2k-Workshops in Innsbruck (Tyrol, Austria).

Depending on the interest, OROBOROS O2k-Workshops in Innsbruck provide a basic, practical overview of the O2k and O2k-Fluo LED2-Module, with real-time analysis by DatLab, applications of the TIP2k and demo experiments, or allow advanced users to deepen their knowledge in O2k-Fluorometry, applications of the O2k-TPP+ ISE-Module etc.

The next O2k-Workshop in Innsbruck will be held from 21st to 25th November, 2016.

O2k-Workshops in Innsbruck are held at Hotel Grauer Bär (accommodation, meals, lectures and hands-on sessions). During lunch breaks, sufficient time is available for relaxing walks and talks and sightseeing in the picturesque old town of Innsbruck, located in the middle of the Alps.

Arrival at Innsbruck Airport

Innsbruck Airport is located on the outskirts of Innsbruck. Public transport/cabs take about fifteen minutes into the old town/to the hotel.

There is a regular bus and tram service, which will bring you into the city. At Innsbruck Airport take line F (bus; direction: Baggersee), exit at Klinik/Universität. From Klinik/Universität, take line O (bus; direction: Schützenstraße), exit at Museumsstraße.

From there, it is a 5-minute-walk to the Hotel Grauer Bär (Universitätsstraße 5-7). Map

Winter:

Depending on the snow conditions, the skiing season of Schroecken and Warth is scheduled from December until April.

We offer to organize the ski rental and skiing passes for you during the O2k-Workshop in April. Kindly note that this requires some organizational effort and once you have decided to rent skis and to purchase a skiing pass, the costs will be charged.
