A joint bus transfer from Innsbruck train station and Innsbruck Airport to and back from Obergurl will be arranged. The costs for the joint transfer are included in the accommodation costs.

We recommend flying directly to Innsbruck, which is well connected with Frankfurt. Another option is Munich Airport (approx. two hours from Innsbruck). From Munich you can connect to Innsbruck by either train, bus or shuttle service.
» Train: DB
» Bus: meinfernbus.de, EUR 8.- upwards, best booked in advance.
» Shuttle: FOURSEASONS Shuttle, approx. EUR 55.- one way from Munich to Innsbruck, EUR 82.- return.

By train
If you decide to travel by train, exit at 'Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof‘, which is well connected to Zürich, Munich, Italy and Vienna.

By car
Using Austria’s motorways requires a vignette, which can be purchased at petrol stations for either ten days (EUR 8.80), two months (EUR 25,90) or the current calender year (86,40) Federal highways are toll-free but might be time consuming.

Munich – Kufstein Motorway
Head towards Innsbruck, pass Innsbruck towards Arlberg and take the exit "Ötztal" after about 50 km (40min). From there it is another 50 km (approx. 65 min) to Obergurgl.

From Switzerland
Go toll-free across the Arlberg (Arlberg tunnel is closed between April and October 2017). Connect either via the toll motorway- exit "Ötztal" and then towards Obergurgl, or the federal highway Imst-Ötztal – Obergurgl.

From Italy
Cross Brenner/Brennero, connect to direction Arlberg and exit at Ötztal. From there it is 50 km (approx. 65 min) to Obergurgl. Exit at Innsbruck Süd and connect to Völs - Kematen - Ötztal-Bahnhof via the federal highway for a toll-free option.

By public transport from Innsbruck
Take a bus from Innsbruck to Obergurgl or a train to Ötztal Bahnhof and connect to Obergurgl by bus. Schedule
