These instructions were given until 2021-03-02. The low concentration described here has the disadvantage, that the titration volume is very large. SHAM is not easily soluble in DMSO, but a concentration of 250 mM could be prepared and will be recommended.
- Preparation of 20 mM stock solution (dissolved in DMSO):
- Weigh 6.1 mg of SHAM.
- Dissolve in 2 mL of DMSO.
- Divide into 0.2 mL portions
- Store at -20 °C.
- Preparation of 20 mM stock solution (dissolved in DMSO):

- Final conc. in 2 mL O2k chamber: 1 mM
