Recent observations
- Preparation of Mna (pH 6 - 7) with 5 N KOH; date 2011-11-30:
- dissolve 20.8 mg Mna in 95 µl 5 N KOH
- measure the pH with 2 µl of the solution
- add stepwise 2 µl of KOH and always measure the pH till reaching pH 6 - 7
- in the end fill up to 100 µl with H2O
- cover with aluminium foil and store on ice
