Application in HRR
Mna: Malonate (Malonic acid, CH2(COOH)2); Sigma M 1296, 5 g, store at -20 °C: FW = 800)
Caution: Very toxic. Chemicals stored in the fridge or freezer should be adjusted to room temperature before opening.
Preparation of 4 mg/ml stock solution (dissolved in H20):
- 1) weigh 4 mg of Malonic acid directly into a 2 ml glass vial.
- 2) add 1 ml H20
- 3) divide into 0.2 ml portions
- 4) store frozen at -20 °C
