Description
Ionomycin (Imy) is a ionophore used to raise intracellular [Ca2+].
Abbreviation: Imy
Ionomycin (Imy) stock solution: 0.5 mg/ml (EtOH), stored at -20 °C.
Final concentration: 0.5 µg/ml; titrate 2 µl into the 2 ml O2k-Chamber, using a 10 µl Hamilton syringe.
