Description
The E-R coupling control factor, jE-R = (E-R)/E, is the apparent ETS excess capacity over R; 0.0 for zero excess capacity when R=E; 1.0 for the maximum limit when R=0. The ROUTINE state of intact cells is stimulated to ETS by uncoupler titration.
Abbreviation: jE-R, CCFE-R
Reference: Flux control factor

MitoPedia topics: "Respiratory control ratio" is not in the list (Enzyme, Medium, Inhibitor, Substrate and metabolite, Uncoupler, Sample preparation, Permeabilization agent, EAGLE, MitoGlobal Organizations, MitoGlobal Centres, ...) of allowed values for the "MitoPedia topic" property.
