Description
Volume-Calibration Ring (A or B) attached to the stoppers for setting the experimental volume of the Oroboros Chamber, with different diameters of the classic-volume cV or small-volume sV module.
Oroboros Chamber modules: cV and sV
- cV: White PVDF Volume-Calibration Ring cV for the classic-volume Chamber cV with standard experimental volume V of 2.0 mL attached to Stopper cV.
- sV: Black aluminum Volume-Calibration Ring sV for the small-volume Chamber sV with standard experimental volume V of 0.5 mL attached to Stopper sV.
Technical support
- Loosen the stopper fixation rings (A) and (B) with the Allen key (OroboPOS-Service Kit).
- Follow the instructions in the Oroboros Manual: OroM1.1 Oroboros Startup.
- Tighten the screws of the fixation rings (A) and (B) gently with the Allen key to ensure that the calibration ring cannot be displaced. Tightening the screw with too much force may damage the thread of the calibration ring. Check for a sufficient fixation by trying to rotate the calibration ring.
