Oroboros O2k-Workshop on hypoxia in cooperation with HU Szeged Boros M. Szeged, Hungary, 2018 March 27.

General information
- This O2k-Workshop takes place satellite to the WISe3 Conference in Szeged, HU. Separate registration is required for this workshop.
- Three topics will be covered during the one-day workshop:
- (1) Andras Meszaros: Closed-chamber mitochondrial oxygen kinetics with demo experiment and introduction of the data analysis module O2kinetics - new development.
- (2) Erich Gnaiger: Assessment of mitochondrial and cellular oxygen kinetics by steady-state oxygen titrations, using the Titration-Injection microPump TIP2k,
- (3) Timea Komlodi: Measurement of H2O2 production rate with the O2k-FluoRespirometer and Amplex UltraRed(R) fluorescence. Dependence of ROS production on oxygen concentration.
- Three topics will be covered during the one-day workshop:
