Note
- Oligomycin: titrations should be performed by 1-2 Β΅L steps (i.e. 5-10 nM experimental concentration of each step). Careful titration of oligomycin is necessary to determine the optimal inhibitory concentration (from 10 to 40 nM) as elaborated in Vernerova et al 2021 and Zdrazilova et al 2022 and to prevent inhibition of ET respiration as detailed in Ruas et al (2016) and Doerrier et al 2018.
