Harmonized SUIT protocols

Description

Harmonized SUIT protocols (H-SUIT) are designed to include cross-linked respiratory states. When performing harminized SUIT protocols in parallel, measurements of cross-linked respiratory states can be statistically evaluated as replicates across protocols, while additional information is obtained when these protocols are conducted in parallel. Therefore, H-SUIT protocols are complementary with their focus on specific respiratory coupling and substrate control aspects, extending previous strategies for respirometrc OXPHOS analysis.

Abbreviation: H-SUIT
